Tsion Hailemichael I loved my experience! Yasmine walked me through the whole process, and it was honestly such a relaxing and releasing experience. I loved the meditation portion of it as well. I did the 1 hour detox contouring session, and I definitely saw a change with only a few sessions! I plan on returning for more sessions & incorporating this more often. I highly recommend for those on their wellness journey!

gabasketcase Coach Krystie is a great personal trainer as well as for rehab situations. Ive been in both situations. She tailors the workout for your needs that day (low energy level from lack of sleep) but you still feel like you got a good workout. I highly recommend her, you wont regret it!
