Kaylia Sniffen My friends and I had our first REAL pole and trick class tonight. It was absolutely great. DJ and Lauren brought a great vibe to our experience and the environment is very beautiful. The studio was very clean, we were given alcohol and rags to wipe our poles as needed and offered as much grip as we needed. We were properly stretched and conditioned before, which was a GREAT workout. We enjoyed ourselves a lot. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a pole home. We will be back!

Levi These guys are great! I am on military leave and needed a spot to workout for a week or so and these guys hooked me up with a week pass. Gym is great and very clean positive atmosphere as well!

Daniel Gregg Its a gym for being a gyms sake. It was pretty hot in there even at night. Some nights, I would sweat walking in before starting my workout. The locker room was always nasty. They need to get a fan in there to help dry it out. The lockers are new and clean but the benches were covered in something. I never saw any broken equipment. My staff interactions were all good. My massage chair experience was painful. I only used it once. The water temperature was very hot.

Nick Cook This location is great the staff and people who attend this location are very nice and respectful. The front desk associate Michael does a great job of making you feel like you’re at home each time you come in. Overall, I’ve had great experiences here over the last few years.

Hannah Sargent I love this park! My children enjoy the playground and the pool. The prices for the pool are great! It’s very clean and well maintained. The staff there has always been very friendly. They have an outdoor trail so I can walk my dog as well! Another added bonus is they have an indoor walking track for the days it’s just too hot. They also have indoor and out door basketball courts as well as a football field. Very family friendly and something to get the whole family active even seniors with their senior facility!

Chari Hopper This is a quaint little place that is just perfect if you want a place to feel comfortable and not have the “im on display” feel. The rates are really great and not to mention the trainer there is amazing! Tim is a great guy that is patient and very much a teacher. If you need help, ask him, if not, he doesn’t follow you around trying to make you his client. Just a great place to get a good workout!

LaTangela Nicole is always welcoming and inviting. I really enjoyed the event last night with all the ladies. We painted, sipped wine, song to a great Playlist of R&B, and ended with yoga! West Howard (West) Great place to learn how to box. Adult classes 3 days a week. Personal training available. Whether you want to learn to fight or just get in shape and learn the sweet science, I would recommend this place to you.

shauntay green My family and I are loving our experience with American Taekwon Do!!! They are outstanding with the children. My son is currently in the little ninjas class ages 3-5 and he loves it! Every routine is new and refreshing to watch, the staff is welcoming friendly family oriented and very patient with each child. I initially enrolled my child to help him with self control and discipline, and he is learning both along with focus, team work, balance,memory, fitness and coordination in a fun way. I can see his growth day by day, it is definitely a great learning experience for him.
