But last year I retained Ashley Carlile to represent me in a civil case. She was always open and honest with me on what she felt like my chances might be of obtaining the outcome I wanted. She never gave me false hope, but she fought hard for me. She made recommendations of things I could do that would better my chances and gave me strict guidelines of what not to do that would hurt my case. I didn’t make her job easy, but she never waivered. Bo Waldroup Mr. Capo was contracted by my wife to handle a child support modification. After a $5,000 bill and $1,000 worth of mediation, we have a document that is missing necessary language and needs to be interpreted by a judge. Mr. Capo quoted several thousand dollars more to go to court to argue his faulty agreement. We made an appointment to discuss the issue and I was yelled at and disrespected by Mr. Capo. In addition to being incompetent, Mr. Capo is slovenly dressed for an attorney and is missing a front tooth. There are far more reasonably priced and professional attorneys in Pickens county.

Henry Goodman I met attorney Weaver at the Pickens county courthouse. I was attempting to file a quickclaim deed and was told I did not have all the required forms. Mr. Weaver overheard my conversation with the clerk and volunteered his assistance. We went to his office and he drafted the land description document which enabled me to file and not having to return to Cobb county and thus a second trip. I expressed to him that, I didnt think caring people still existed. He replied, "we are a small town full of caring people". Cindy Hicks Sitting in a courtroom watching George W. Weaver, Sr. speak was difficult at best. He helped an opposing party while he claimed to still be obligated to represent his client. He twisted events that occurred and statements made. He even tried to defame the character of one of his peers, using foul language while being totally obnoxious. I suggest you choose another attorney. He obviously is just another typical money hungry lawyer who gives all the reputable ones a bad name!

Ready Move I called to ask a question about an FCRA violation and found out this attorney was in another state than mine and could not help me. He did spend a lot of time on the phone with me and explain what I should do and offered sound advice. I appreciate the extra effort. He seems very caring.

Claire Simmons Have you ever had fun in a law office? Well, I have and I will tell you why I had such a great experience at Hartman Law. I was there for a real estate closing. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming, and the closing was handled so smoothly. This may sound silly, but here is a reason for using this Law Firm. They have a candy store in their waiting area, but they don’t charge you anything for the treats. The set op reminded me of an old-time candy store where the barrels are set up with scoops so that you can have any of them that you want to eat. I literally felt like a kid ina candy store and I got a big kick out of that. They also have a freezer with all sorts of ice cream treats, which you can also have. From the time that I arrived, it was less than 10 minutes when my lawyer came out and took me back to the conference room to take care of business. If I could give them 10 stars, then I would because they deserve it.
