5 /5 Jessie Lasky: Staff member was rude and offensive to question. She got an attitude and short instead of explaining the information that I needed. I wasn’t being rude only asked a question and suggested that I needed to speak with the other lady that had already been helping me. Yet she calls me back and continues to be rude with, I had to block the number just so that Mandy would not keep calling me. I understand they work in the courthouse, my tax dollars pays for their hair and nails to be done and that two hundred dollar dress so some decent courtesy would be much appreciated.
