5 /5 Henry Goodman: I met attorney Weaver at the Pickens county courthouse. I was attempting to file a quickclaim deed and was told I did not have all the required forms. Mr. Weaver overheard my conversation with the clerk and volunteered his assistance. We went to his office and he drafted the land description document which enabled me to file and not having to return to Cobb county and thus a second trip. I expressed to him that, I didnt think caring people still existed. He replied, "we are a small town full of caring people". After reading this, there should not be any doubt-- if you need legal services who to call! I thank him for reaching out to me! Henry Goodman.

1 /5 Cindy Hicks: Sitting in a courtroom watching George W. Weaver, Sr. speak was difficult at best. He helped an opposing party while he claimed to still be obligated to represent his client. He twisted events that occurred and statements made. He even tried to defame the character of one of his peers, using foul language while being totally obnoxious. I suggest you choose another attorney. He obviously is just another typical money hungry lawyer who gives all the reputable ones a bad name!

Bo Waldroup: Mr. Capo was contracted by my wife to handle a child support modification. After a $5,000 bill and $1,000 worth of mediation, we have a document that is missing necessary language and needs to be interpreted by a judge. Mr. Capo quoted several thousand dollars more to go to court to argue his faulty agreement. We made an appointment to discuss the issue and I was yelled at and disrespected by Mr. Capo. In addition to being incompetent, Mr. Capo is slovenly dressed for an attorney and is missing a front tooth. There are far more reasonably priced and professional attorneys in Pickens county.

kimberly andrade: I went in for a meeting with one of them. I was referred by another lawyer. While I appreciate the specialty. I did find that he came off as unapproachable and it lacked personal touch. It was more of a transaction. Office was a disaster with papers and files on the floor, desk, files that line his office. The front office was clean. However, walking by each room it was very disheveled and stacks of files and even the conference/ back office where we sat down. Immediately alarmed me personally. I do not know how they would serve as your lawyer. Im speaking from look and feel.

Marty Upfall: Fabulous attorney. I had a legal issue in Waycross Ga. The Ware county sheriffs dept had felony charges against me and had contacted the county where I live to come and arrest me and extradite me back to Georgia. I was frightened. I contacted many attorneys in Waycross Ga(Ware county). Once I reached Mr Thigpen I knew he was the one. He offered me great advice even prior to hiring him. Once I did hire him he said he would get to it right away. I hired him at 4pm on a Monday and by noon on Tues my criminal charges were dismissed. There are many choices for lawyers. Some good. Some bad. Hiring Mr Thigpen is the only choice in Ware County.
