Tamara Perez Ive been told by attorneys that he is biased and doesnt like women. In my case this is true. Ignored evidence and didnt care if there was any evidence from the plantiff. They lied and took my kids away.from me. Judge House isnt a reputable person.

Jill Hill I’m not so certain why others have such problems! In today’s moving court system cases can move fast once the case makes it in front of a judge. My experience with Clements Law Office has been pleasant and direct. Mr. Clements has a relaxed demeanor but a sharp ear. Ms. Joan is precise in research and making certain paperwork is correct in completion and directed to all concerned parties. The 2 work well together and show compassion and understanding for the welfare of the clients. Today’s law is so different. It’s uncommon to find an attorney’s office that is competent in family law, criminal law and civil law without having to visit 3 or more specialized attorneys. A fading practice for young up and coming attorneys but Clements Law Office remains competitive and competent in many areas of law and at affordable prices. Truly an able bodied office with small town values!! And I wouldn’t be afraid to go against a larger firm or a DA with Mr Clements, Attorney at Law and Ms. Joan, Legal Assistant by my side!!!

Victoria Farmer This has been our family attorney for years. Chuck has best interest for children no matter what the case. His secretary is awesome as well. Runs a tight ship for Chuck and I would recommend this office for anything to do with children and divorces

Robert Onnie That place is bad i went 3 times in the same day trying to get in touch with you mrs.wilson and no one was even at the desk and i left a note and it was still their when i come back about 45 minutes later.

Misty Thornbrough Was assigned Ashley Williamson in the beginning of September. Its now October 26th and they kicked my case to a Catoosa county lawyer last week and didnt even tell me until I called again. My court dates start in 9days. Ive called every week since beginning of September and been given excuse after excuse and never once ever had any form of contact with Ashley.

H Mary Jane Melton was my court appointed attorney and I have to say I couldnt have any luckier. Not only was she was professional she went above and beyond my expectations. Andrew Pham in my experience with her she was not as professional as she looks. She was rude throughout the whole process and gave me a date to show up to court, her stating that i had to be there and turns out it was a lie and i wasnt even on the docket. really unprofessional

Anissa Ward Ms Hildebrand was amazing. We initially came to her with the questions regarding if we even could adopt. She explained the whole process to us and even gave me the information for a local group that would help fund the adoption. The process was so quick and easy. Time flew by and finally the court date came. She was there with all smiles and seemed just as excited as we were. She informed us that a photographer was included in the adoption package and we are so thankful that our special day was captured so beautifully. Thank you for everything you have done in helping us add another to our little family.
