1 /5 Lunden McAllister: I want to WARN everyone about this boutique and the owner and their customer service to customers. I had ordered a Z-Supply T-shirt from them online and had it shipped to my house in NC. To keep the situation short, UPS lost the package in Atlanta and sent me an email stating it was lost to file a claim. So I did. Which the claim got sent to the boutique. I called the boutique almost two weeks later about receiving a refund for the item I bought that never got delivered to me and the OWNER of the boutique first words to me were that’s not our fault. She said “We’ve had this happen before and I can reach out to UPS and see what I can do but I can’t promise you anything”. Long story short they are refusing to give me my money back or make it right in any sort of way for a $50+ T-shirt that I will never receive. And only words to me are that’s not my fault. I have never dealt with poor business like this before from anywhere. Knowing that as an owner of a business you have shipping insurance for situations like this. But regardless of that, and more likely getting their money back PLUS my money I paid them for it, I have never been treated the way they have treated me. Just off the principle of doing the right thing alone, SHOP ELSEWHERE.
