Bethany Harris I love this place, I was a little skeptical at first but when I walked in, its a very comfortable atmosphere, as well as amazing staff. It is always clean and very organized. I never have any issues about trying to find time to tan because their open hours are great! Overall thoroughly impressed!

Sara B LOVE BODY ELEMENTS! They have an outstanding staff that always has a smile on their face! They keep the environment clean, and make sure you have what you need. A GREAT place to go tanning (and not only for tanning needs, but hair needs too!) and I recommend it to anyone. They have the best beds in town!

Maggie Burch This is a locally owned business and I love it! The owner is amazing! Keisha is an amazing massage therapist. She does the best deep tissue massage. Always pleased when leaving! She has great Tanning beds also!!

Lynn Powell They only had 2 workers on a Sat. It was very busy and a long wait time. I had a pedicure and felt the entire process was very rushed. The place was pretty "untidy" to say the least. Ill be looking elsewhere for my next pedicure.

Judith Thompson They are polite and very helpful to me especially when i was way down in my cancer treatments. Even walk me to my truck and helpes me in. I appreciate tender and kind people. My nails are always perfect. I love that beautiful child they have. He lights up my day!

Brian & Audrey Cunningham Went in for pedicure and fill in gel nails. They did my nails as I’m getting pedicure. I want to relax with a pedicure. Did all this in under 30 mins. I also have infection in my finger as he kept digging in my skin. Worst experience ever. Do not waste your money. Very rude ppl.

Kayla Creech Lena is amazing! Super warm and humble environment where everyone is accepted. She listened to my wants and needs, gave great advice and worked a miracle on my hair. She understood the busy nature of being a single momma who needed some pampering. Great conversation and was able to get me in quickly.

Kathy Cee They dont mind to do a crap job and make u pay to fix it. I went in on a Tuesday, got gel on acrylic. It is Thursday, 2 nails broke and 4 nails chipped. Went in for them to fix them, they charged $10.00 fix their mistake. NEVER going back!!

Tracy Williamson-Johnson Dont not go to this nail salon. The man that did my nails stayed on the phone and he was very rude. He didnt even ask me how I wanted my nails filed. He just did it the way he wanted to. Very rude and disrespectful. I wont never come back to this nail salon. Everybody if you want your nails done right for your money, dont go to JC Nails!!

Renee K. First time going to this salon. I am new to the area and have been looking for a new hair stylist. I found Mallory on instagram and loved her work. I was able to make an appt online and worked very kindly with me when I needed to reschedule it. I went in for a cut and highlights. Mallory is a doll! So sweet and easy to be around. She did a great job with my hair and Ill most definitely be returning. The salon itself was very nice too. Happy new customer.

Katie Tatum I was looking for a quick cut while on a lunch break during some training I was in town for. They were one of the only salons open in the area on a Monday. They were able to immediately get me into a chair as a walk-in and the stylist had knowledge of the best way to cut my naturally curly hair to get the look I was going for. I was in and out in 15 minutes and still had time to sit-down for lunch. It was beautiful inside. Highly recommend!

Taylor Hamelin I absolutely love going here to get my hair done. The ladies are all absolutely amazing and very talented. I use Madyson Carter for all my hair care needs. Her prices are awesome and she takes such great care of my hair. If she isn’t available I know I can count on the other ladies to take care of me and my hair. I appreciate the relaxed atmosphere in the salon.

Queen Lashe I received a fill-in Acrylic set, Tom did an amazing job on my nails. He took the time to listen to my request and even responded to a complaint I had from a previous visit. He was very professional and my nails usually last longer when he does them. I dont have to worry about the acrylic lifting after a couple of weeks. It simply grows with the nail as it should.

Renee K. I called and made an appointment for later the same day. When I arrived no one greeted me, and so I sat and waited. About 20 minutes later one of the girls asked if I had an appointment, and I said yes and what time. They all looked around confused. Then said nothing again. About 15 min later they called me over. The salon wasnt very clean, and neither were the tools used. The gel polish was done very poorly and bubbled the next day and chipped. I called to stop by and have it repaired a couple days later and waited a long time for the repair as well. Overall just a very dissapointing experience.

Dottie Bruhn My sister, mom and myself received the most wonderful mani/pedi from Helen and her husband. We had such a great time together. We all received French Manicures and Helen was so conscientious of my mom’s needs. I truly recommend Helen’s Nail Salon for your mani/pedi.

Paige Nail techs daughter is rude and unprofessional towards customers. Quiet and good work but unfortunately people need to also be kind for a business to be successful. Will not be going back.

Leslie OSteen Helen and her husband are a friendly, professional couple who did a great job on our nails. Very clean place and didn’t have the overwhelming chemical nail polish smell so many of the salons have. My m-i-l and I had been to 4 nail places nearby and this was our favorite!

Amanda Meyer I went here to fix an issue from a previous cut at another place. They were one of the only places open in town. She took me as a walk-in to be nice, knowing I was upset about my hair. She did a great job. She had my hair washed and fixed in about 5-10 minutes. I really appreciated it! Plus, theres a cool crystal/ metaphysical store there, which is cool!

Cierra Lee This is the poorest customer service Ive ever had! I took some boots in on December 3rd to be monogrammed. Last week I called to check with progress and was told the following week they would be ready..Thursday December 22nd I called again and a older lady told me they were ready for pick up. Friday dec 23rd I went to pick up and the blonde headed employee was rude, I told her what was told to me that Thursday and she proceeded to tell me I couldnt have been told that no employee told me my order was ready I mustve miss heard. Now I know for a fact its nothing wrong with my hearing and I know what I heard otherwise I wouldnt be in the store right now. Then a family member of mine came and the older lady I spoke with came from the back and said I remember talking to you your order is ready. At this point they couldnt even find the shoes at first! To top it if she didnt even apologize she went to fb and deleted the review from their page and made a personal post about the incident and was COMPLETELY WRONG. she just wanted some attention I guess but she needs to improve her customer service skills!

Brittany Beers Love love love going here to get my nails done. Its relaxing and soothing. Yes sometimes you are gonna wait because they are that good with their services but its worth it. My daughter (7) and I go every 2-3 weeks and enjoy the experience each time.

Courtnay Hunsinger NEVER again will I go here for any type of service. It doesnt deserve one star but thats the only way to do the review. I went in and asked to have the gel polish removed from my nails and to have a clear coat put on. I had to remind her not to be rough as they were my real nails and not acrylics. I asked her to file my nails down to make them a little bit shorter. She ended up grabbing the nail clippers and clipped them basically off. She was more worried about talking on her phone for a video chat and showing whoever the recent changes they were doing to the store. At the end she put this oil all over my hands and arms with some lotion and some kind of liquid that resembled nail glue. So now my nails are tacky and the clear coat is peeling off. Im beyond unsatisfied with the service I received. The lady that did my nails was Anna.

Alissa Payne Sue did a great job on my nails today. I highly recommend her. She was very polite and did them pretty quickly with still doing a great job.

S RC I have been all over town in Waycross to find the best nail salon. The other places are a joke. Im glad I found this place! They do an amazing job and they are professionals!! They have massage chairs that work even though they are older. Theyve upped their color selection. I really loved the atmosphere and talking with the one of the owners, Kevin, who did my nails. Really great people. They dont accept credit cards, so bring cash! I think they are appointment only because its just the 2 owners. This would be the only downside because I usually like to bring a friend so we have to go one at a time to get pedis... just takes longer.

Tiffany Lashay I’ve been here 3 times, I don’t really get my nails done much. But when I do this is where I go because they are all nice and i feel comfortable in here, no one talks about the people inside there. And the owner is the one who does my nails, he does an amazing job! I am in love with my nails he done today! Also didn’t have to wait at all. Me my daughter and sister in law walked in sat down and were done in no time! Def recommend this place! ❤️

Kandyce Kersey New update: went back they redone my nails for no charge but they’re still very uneven, I just won’t be going back here. Update: called the salon and spoke with the owner, coming in today to see what we can do to fix this. I got these done Wednesday around 6 and she finished them within twenty minutes, two are already chipped and four and coming off my nails, I work at a desk all day and this should not be happening. Today is Friday. I will never go back here. My nails are unevenly done, and very sloppy.

Emy Corbitt All the girls are very sweet and welcoming. Bri is the one who does my nails and have for years and she does amazing work. Shes the only nail tech I use and will be the only one I use while I get my nails done.

AmცıŧıơųŞ Niree I’m going to keep this review short & simple..I got my nails done today, overall it was a good visit. I was seated immediately as I walked through the door. The process went smoothly and it didn’t take long at all. I’m very satisfied with my nails but I did deduct 2 stars because the price I paid didn’t meet my expectations! For this design type I normally pay $50-$55..honestly never been charged more. This my problem..I was charged $66.95 Lol I’m like wtw! It’s nothing no different from the others, she just did them a lil thicker. I gave a small tip so in all I feel like I paid $71.95 for this. .No wayyy! I truly don’t mind spending more but c’mon now I feel ripped off in a way!

Alissa Payne Ive been going to Bre for about a year now. I will not have any other nail tech touch my nails. I text her with my ideas and she always knocks the designs out of the park. I always get compliments on my nails. This past visit I wanted to do pop art valentines day nails. I sent her the picture and she did a wonderful job. She is very professional and friendly. I always feel comfortable at this salon.

Liam Hollinger My friend went in and the stylist (Sarah) butchered her hair, which was down to her lower back. She asked the stylist to take off 2 inches, she proceeded to take 4 and admit it to another stylist, and also asked for layers the the layers are so uneven it’s ridiculous. Please do not get your hair cut here. She paid $60 for this service. I also spoke to the manager on the phone and she was rude and uncaring about the entire situation.

sylv I was struggling to find someone that could do my hair how I wanted it to be done. Ms.Britni Anderson took great care of me! Her enthusiasm and experience helped me trust in her 100%. She uses products that will have your hair smelling great and feeling refreshed. I had a wash, color, cut into layers and styling done, it turned out great and she did it all in a good time window! I always will recommend Britni and will go straight to her for any hair needs!! ❤️

Sierra Tolbert Britni done a fantastic job on my hair! She’s hands down the best! I’ll definitely be using her from now on! She was extremely helpful and gave me a lot of great tips on hair care! Very knowledgeable on her stuff and overall just a great person! I had the best experience with her today! She done exactly what I wanted and the results were just fabulous! Rochelle Picthall What I appreciate is how kind everyone is. The people who work there are genuine and courteous. They are efficient without sacrificing quality. I also appreciate the attention to detail, and gentle approach. I did have an issue once (I believe it was more a product issue than a person issue). They fixed my nails the next day and decided just to do all of them again. I appreciate the service I receive every time.

C C The store was very clean and organized. I really enjoyed the setting. The employees were not friendly and I felt intimidated at the process of getting my nails done. This was the first time in a very long time. I winged the whole process by roughly guessing what I wanted, which turned out great I’m the end. However, my nails were rushed. There were air bubbles in my acrylic. The nail sizes were off slightly. Also, the paint was not done carefully. My only complaint is the price of the nails compared to the actual job that was put in them. French tip acrylic nails with nude paint: 55$

Melissa Blake The young lady I normally see was booked up so I had another do my nails and I should of just waited tell she had an opening. The nails should of been soaked off before having them done. After 3 days all the acrylic was chipping out and popping. When I went in to get them fixed. I was charged 60 and I had to fix them myself after that. I shouldnt been charged in first place since I wasnt even there a week before that. To top it off all the polish is uneven. Very disappointed and now looking for a different nail salon for my wedding.
