2 /5 Happy Joy: I will start off by saying that I have been going to see Marie and Chum for several years now. A very loyal and faithful customer that has no problem with paying the services that they provide. Granted with that being said, I am not sure what has came over Marie this last time I went to see her but I noticed an attitude shift in her. Not sure if it’s from a situation that I had to deal with in the past with her sister or not, but it was definitely noticeable. Due to funny behaviors I have been getting lately, and this last visit of being rushed through my pedicure and manicure having to be redone on several of my nails, I will no longer be returning. That is very sad seeing as though I have been, once again, a very faithful and loyal customer for many years. When I go to get my nails done as an enjoyable experience, I don’t expect to be rushed or feel like I am being rushed through my relaxation time which I felt was being done with my pedicure this last visit. I have felt a couple of times in the past where I was being slightly rushed to get to my manicure, but I try not to make a huge fuss about it and therefore didn’t say anything, but it’s starting to bother me more and more. Please work on your customer service skills and prioritize quality over quantity. Trying to get every dollar that walks in your door should not be noticeable by your customers.
