5 /5 Megan Henson: Very helpful staff when I was in the store! I purchased a pair of boots for my son and tried on several pairs for myself. She didnt have my size in any of the ones I liked but she offered to order them so I could come back and try them on.

5 /5 JulieAnn Dixon: I always love this store and the employees are awesome. They’re very knowledgeable on boot sizing and helped me get my first pair. Only complaint I have is they don’t refunds. I got a top in the smallest size they had (S) and it was still too big and went back to see if they had an XS and they didn’t have it. I know products and sizes are limited but my only 2 options were to get something else of equal cost or store credit. I rarely find clothes in western style I like but I got the store credit in hopes to put it toward another pair of boots. Unfortunately, the only way they give you store credit is they write down on a receipt with a their signature, date, and cost of item you’re returning. Definitely be careful with your purchases and try on anything before you leave. Of course I lost the piece of paper, and i’m out of $50. I wish they put it on a card or something a bit better to keep up with! That does suck but every visit here has been wonderful and I will be back despite the lost store credit.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional customer service. Nicole and Brooke were particularly impressive. Their patience and knowledge about the products made my visit so much more enjoyable. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and offered fantastic recommendations without any pressure. It was evident that they genuinely care about their customers and want to ensure they leave happy. The store itself is beautifully organized, with a wide selection of quality Western wear and gear. I found everything I needed, and then some! I cant recommend Starr Westerns Outfitters enough for anyone in search of great products and even better service. Thanks again, Nicole and Brooke, for making my shopping experience so memorable! I’ll definitely be back!
