1 /5 Gwennette Pounds: Let me tell you guys about the amazing customer service I just received with Daphnes 525. I placed my order and paid the full amount upfront like a fool. The owner April I think her name is promised that it would be ready Thursday. I messaged her over and over again and couldnt get a reply. Finally today she respond and told me that it would be ready at 5:30. Then she stated that the shirt that I paid for she no longer had in stock. So I wont have to get a short sleeve. At this point Im over it and just want my order so that my baby can something for her first birthday party. I arrive at her shop at 5:32 and no one is there. I called and text. I even had friends and family to try and get a response from her. After waiting for an hour I head home. I receive a call after 7pm from her saying that she could meet me with my order. We meet at Walmart. She hands me my bags and because I didnt say "Thank you." She says "God doesnt like ugly." The breaking point.... I explained to her that she is absolutely right and I dont see her being in business too much longer. She was very responsive until after she received my money. She gave me a date and didnt meet the deadline. She then gave me another date and time and didnt meet that one also. Had me wait over an hour at her shop only to have to get back out my bed to meet her hours later. Then because shes the one who screwed me over she has an attitude because I didnt say thank you. Oh it gets better... at the same time shes calling me all kinds of b words. She pulled off so fast after then as if she was driving for Nascar. She drives off to the right. I pull off to the left. She does a U turn in the middle of the road to chase me down. I immediately stop to see just what she wanted. She flies past me saying something I didnt understand. I get home and low and behold my order isnt even right. The color on the shirts are faded and it is not the design that I picked out. Its faded as if they have been washed and she basically gave me what she wanted me to have. I asked for a white long sleeve and got a pink one. I asked for a headband because my daughter has little hair and got a clip on bow. This has been one of the best experiences Ive ever had and I definitely will not be a returning customer. Please share, share, share so that everyone can have the amazing experience that I just had. Also I have all my messages to back up everything I said.
