2 /5 Anonymous L: Went here to shop. Employees were not paying attention to the registers when people approached. Items were in the wrong sections and there was no compensation for misplaced items .

1 /5 Shirley Stewart: Very disappointed in the service. 4 ppl in store, I couldnt determine if it was staff or shoppers. Finally took something to the register so I could ask questions and get help. Staff pointed in a direction saying "They over there". No help what so evet.

1 /5 Haidyn Stoernell: My visit to Rainbow in Hinesville, GA was appalling, primarily due to the manager’s behavior. The store was in disarray, but what truly made the experience unbearable was the manager. Not only was the store unkempt, but the managers attitude was downright unprofessional and disrespectful. They acted dismissive and condescending when I approached for help, and their overall demeanor was shockingly inappropriate and offensive. It’s hard to believe a manager could be so unprofessional and unkempt, making the shopping experience not only unpleasant but uncomfortable. I wont be returning to this store and strongly advise others to avoid it as well.

1 /5 Jeremy Ladusaw: As I was trying to shop, I realize that Im a male shopping in a female oriented store, a store that only caters to selling womens clothing but what wasnt right or respectful is how one of their employees kept saying gay out loud and then proceeded to follow me around the store acting like I was going to steal something. It made for a real bad shopping experience.
