1 /5 Kutlazz “Kingthing” King: This place over charge the prices on the items are not right they are very very rude bought shoes here paid 106 got credited bk for 89 an had to pay an extra 48$ got an outfit it did not fit had the tags an receipts an they still refuse to exchange or give my money back the store needs new managers an workers I dont complain about much but this is too much plz close this store or get someone in there that see we work hard for our money an been cheated out of it for someone to make the rules up as they go is wrong I hope they close this store or get better workers u cant get help from anyone they on the phone cussing with kids in the place CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN AN FIRE EVERYONE THAT WORK THIS THIS IS SO STRESSFUL TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE LIKE THIS I LET ANYONE KNOW DO NOT SHOP THERE OR GO THERE VERY VERY NASTY

1 /5 Kim “Kim” Jones: Today for the release of the 5s was handled very poorly. Hand picked people were already in the store before business hours, grabbing 2-3 pairs at a time, and by the time it was 10:10, only grade school sizes were available. Even at 10 when the store opened, they would not let us inside even just to browse around. One lady walked out with 3 pairs and was able to come back inside ahead of us to look around the store for other things. It was very obvious that your staff made sure they looked out for themselves and people they knew. I see why yall get the reviews you do. And I STILL was not allowed to step foot in the store even when the line got down to three people.

1 /5 BEAUTIFUL “GRACE”: Customer service really sucks! I walked in the building, not one person acknowledged me at all! I purchased a pair of shoes only because I could not find them anywhere and needed them for a bday gift asap. This was my first and last time in this store! Pro feet has the best customer service in town! I see its hard to find good help ! Everyone need to be trained
