1 /5 Char Jack: I sold my baby stroller at this location after the staff told me they would offer $17 for it and planned to resell it for $35. When I returned later, I saw the stroller priced at $65. The employees claimed it wasn’t the same stroller, even though I had clear pictures proving it was — including the matching car seat (which I didn’t sell). This place is taking advantage of people and overcharging customers.
I’m glad this response gives you confidence in your explanation, but it seems everything you mentioned is based only on what I told you, without actually checking any footage or receipts. You mentioned that your footage only goes back four days and that the manager, who could’ve looked deeper into this, wasn’t available at the time and would be back next week.
The staff member I originally spoke with at your store went over the breakdown with me, and the difference had nothing to do with the stroller’s condition. The stroller had only been used a handful of times in six years and was in excellent shape.
At this point, it seems the situation goes beyond your control. While you said your store would never take advantage of customers, the right thing to do would’ve been to call and go over the receipt together instead of posting a response like this. ( Wasn’t able to reply back to your response)
