1 /5 Ciera: I would not recommend shopping here the lady in charge she’s the head in charge she had a very nasty attitude and was very rude I know some days aren’t always good but she doesn’t have to be rude it was a horrible experience for me and I wish I could talk to corporate myself

5 /5 Marilou Baclig: Im looking for retro jordan 1 always sold out . So when i searched it online that they have 6y and 7y sizes available i called them and go straight away to their store. I bought this shoes today coz its not easy to buy retro jordan 1 . the lady is very accomodating. Store is clean and well lightened . Gud i find 1 here at city gear. Thank you. Hope to shop again .

1 /5 dara dane: Jensen should not work for this company. Poor customer service skills. Don’t value customer business. Shrugged her shoulders to inform me that she didn’t care if I didn’t shop with this shoe company anymore. I should be a high value customer have spent lots of money esp during back to school. I myself am a sneaker head, but as long as she works there I’ll go else where.

5 /5 Armstead Salters: Exceptional customer service. Very helpful and very patient while shopping for not only shoes but clothes as well. If my size wasn’t in store they always had a backup solution. Thank you guys very much!
