1 /5 Adam Higginbotham: Store staff was super nice but the way they have the sale signs saying "50% OFF" is super shady. You need a microscope to notice if you pay full price ($44) for a 13 year old kids first pair of jeans theyll give you the 2nd pair 50% off. SOOO we spent $73 for a kids pants that wont fit in a few months. For that price I couldve gone to American Eagle

They had a lot of sale items which made my shopping much more exciting. Checking out was easy, and as the line got longer, the sales rep didnt hesitate to call for assistance. Everyone was top-tier stars.

5 /5 Jeannine Orr: I received great service around 5:40ish on July 24, 2025 from Lakecia (LaKisha)..she told me the correct spelling of her name and I still forgot, please forgive me. She saw that I was shopping and appeared to need assistance so she spoke and asked if I needed help. I explained what I needed and she offered to go and look through their inventory then came back with more than what I expected..that’s GREAT customer service! I always take the time to give feedback to shine the light on those that deserve positive recognition in what could be a thankless industry at times as well as not so good reviews if necessary so that businesses take it seriously in order to address and correct their issues for growth including sustainability. The checkout team member with the long pink braids was very nice as well. She seemed young but is always friendly and she advised me on how to save money with the discount coupons or convert them to points if I don’t use them. I forgot to get her name but I’ll mention her next time if I see her. The store is always clean, organized and easy to spot what you want or need..never a wasted trip. Thanks ladies!!!
