5 /5 Gerardo Castillo: Sad that the store where I always came and shopped back when I as a teenager is closing. I stopped shopping here years ago but I had to come support it one last time. So many bittersweet memories! This exact location is the one I always shopped at! Rue21, thank you for being there and thank you for everything throughout the years!

1 /5 Yungkia Rashid: They are all going out of business! I believe the only one open is Cumberland Mall. I went there to return some items that were apparently past 14 days so I wasn’t able to return them or exchange them. I gave them to the person behind me as a gift. I will not shop at any stores going forward that can’t provide at least a 20 day return window. That’s why these stores are going out of business, these stupid return polices! That’s why I shop mostly on Amazon! I have no problems when returning items.

2 /5 LaToya Rainey: Chose 6 items that were supposed to be on sale and were on the sale rack. Was told that someone accidentally put them there even though there were 3 different sizes, long story short I ended up returning entire purchase after not being satisfied with my purchase. Went to Ross and got better deals
