5 /5 Alexandria Hawkins: I visited this Macy’s to purchase perfumes for Christmas gifts and had an excellent experience. The sales associate, Laura, was outstanding, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to thoughtfully recommend fragrances for my family members and even helped me select a cologne for my boyfriend. Her attention to detail, patience, and friendly demeanor made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. She also provided several samples, which was a much-appreciated touch. If you visit this location, I highly recommend asking for Laura she truly delivers exceptional customer service.

5 /5 Zay Andrés: This is a really great department store. I like the cleanliness of the store. Just like Dillards it is NOT that cheap, but some items do have reasonable prices. The employees were amazing. I did look for items outside of the backstage, but for the most part the items I got were backstage. I have to say it is quiet too but it is busy and even though theres not a lot happening we passed by some employees who nicely asked us if we needed anything. One of them was an employee named Liza. She had great and amazing customer service skills.

5 /5 Mathew Griswould: Very professional and courteous staff. Located a nice pair of shoes but they did not have my size at the store or locally. The salesman was able to locate them and have them shipped to my residence.

As a rewards member, many years of being apart of Macys, while visiting family in Georgia, I shopped at this Macys; receiving continuous great service by phone from Chicago, IL. Toni, Ms. Lisa and Stephanie assisted with a purchase, which Ms. Lisa put on hold for me. Due to catching my flight, I wasnt able to return back to this Macys in Douglasville, GA ! So, they attended, to me long distance! Im more than satisfied! 5 Star service!
