Dress Up - Marietta (GA)

1 /5 Jordan Arthur: I went into the store during their promotion of 30% off tops, sweaters, outwear and cardigans. As I was checking out with my cardigan, I asked about my cardigan being 30% off. The associate stated cardigans were not on sale. I then said per the sign, they are on promotion. There were no stipulations on this promotion other than you cannot use it with any other offer. She then states, oh thats so weird they have been ringing up that way so then it must not be. Im displeased the the customer service she gave me as I apparently I had the only cardigan in the store today that was not 30%. Hope everyone has better luck at this location.

5 /5 brittany schwarz: First time at this location and I absolutely loved it! After 2 weeks of shopping at other stores and online for a dress to wear to a friends wedding, I found myself making 13 returns and still without a dress to wear EEK! I went to Dress Up in Marietta and I should have made this my first stop weeks ago! Walked in and felt positive & airy energy (i was a little stressed due to last minute shopping!) and then i was greeted by the sweetest associate, Chloe who was so quick to offer assistance. I had a dress in mind that i saw online & she led me right to it, while asking me the deets on what i was shopping for. This put my mind at ease knowing i wasn’t going to be scrambling around looking! She then went and set up a dressing room for me, put the dress I selected in the room and said “feel free to take your time and shop around & let me know if you need anything!” INSTANT relief for me bc i didn’t feel rushed, stressed or alone lol! I was able to find 2 dresses that I am IN LOVE WITH! Check out was a breeze while another associate quickly added my info into their system while i was paying. ANOTHER WIN! While i was walking out, i thanked Chloe and she was also talking to the store manager (i believe) who was just as excited as I was about my purchases! I showed her my items and she said “ i have that black dress too! Feel free to share pics with us!” I thought to myself, I’ve never ever shopped solo but also felt i was shopping with my gf’s! I will shop this store first for every future occasion and “treat myself” days!!

1 /5 Kelsey Lott: I do not know if the owner reads reviews but I have shopped at Dress Up ever since they have opened. I usually shop online but I was prompted to visit the store because of their 20% off items including markdowns in store. I visited this store and was sorely unimpressed with their selection and service. When I walked in I was met with a cold stare which I would have shaken off but customers who came in after me were greeted with a smile and were quickly attended to. Still, I walked around trying to make the most out of my visit. The promotion was barely visible in the store, but I was on a mission to find some clothes I have seen posted on their Instagram. I walked around for twenty minutes and never once was approached. After walking through the whole store, I walked out deafeated because they had nothing that was posted on Dress Ups instagram. I usually never write reviews, but this had to been the worst shopping experience Ive ever had.

5 /5 Lori M: The girls are always super sweet and helpful!! I know I go into other stores at the Avenue and employees wont even say one word. I love this location & Woodstocks. The only thing is that I wish that they didnt run out of smalls so fast! Lol
