2 /5 Lisa: When one sales associate is friendly and welcoming and the other is distracted and grumpy, unfortunately, the unpleasant one determines the overall customer experience. On a better note, J Jill opened in the same location and the associates were delightful.

1 /5 Shirley Buchanan: Looked on website to check hours to pickup order and it said special holiday hours were 8 to 6 on Christmas Eve. Arrived at 9:45 doors locked and lady said dont open till 10. Need to check your website.

4 /5 A Miller: Great after Christmas deals that can possibly add up to 70% in savings. Sales staff provides customer service that reminds me of when my mother took me shopping and the sales staff actually assisted you with your purchase. Only a few stores still offer great customer service.

5 /5 Mary Cagle: Chico’s has great Customer Service. Also, they have excellent packaging when ordering on line. The clothes are packaged individually and then shipped in a box.
