1 /5 Ted Austad: The poor rating starts with the staff. When renting a suite for a special occasion, it should be fun. Their staff acts like they do not want to be there and make the whole process cumbersome. The poor rating continues with the product. Sub par for the price you pay. Alterations were poorly completed. The final straw was the communication. We discussed several times during the process that we were taking the suit out of town for the wedding. When we were leaving and when we were returning. We almost did not have a suit to take along and then we were charged for the days we told them we would not be back. Unacceptable business practice as it was a one star on all three points. Do not use Celebrate Tuxedos in Griffin, GA. Find somewhere else for your special occasion

5 /5 Douglas Stewart: Showed up late in the day (after 5pm). Walked in, was immediately helped. Staff was pleasant and professional. Quickly took the needed measurements, explained the process for picking up my tux, and processed my deposit. Quick, efficient, wasted no time visit.

1 /5 Debbie Dell: This was our first tuxedo rental and they obviously thought we knew things that we didn’t know. The vest was 2 sizes too big. They told me after I returned the tux and complained about how it fit that they couldn’t get the vest in a smaller size without going to a child’s size (18 year old son was wearing the tux)… the hem was wrong TWICE and at our expense, we drove 60 miles round trip (twice) to correct their error. I was so disappointed, to say the least. It was a $200 lesson/mistake that we will not make again (we didn’t rent shoes).
