5 /5 autumn swain: Tonight me and my husband went into belk to get a few things and we didn’t realize our belk rewards card was expired. We went home but couldn’t find the new one that was sent out. We called the store and they said they would help us do it manually. We came back in and the manual way wasn’t working either. At this point it was about 10 - 15 minutes before closing but the manager told us that they would stay open to help us. They called the customer service from the store and helped us get it all sorted out. They were all so helpful and kind and didn’t waiver once in trying to help. 10/10 would recommend. If I didn’t already love belk this would have sold me.
