5 /5 Emi Collins: I just want to say this is hands down the BEST Belk I have ever been to. Not only is it constantly stocked with new items in every section - the staff are super friendly. Maria was absolutely amazing today. She was super sweet, helpful and genuine! I will definitely be back to shop here because of my experience with Maria today! 10 stars for her if I could give them! Thank you for making my day Maria!

4 /5 Christine Schweitzer: This department store has classic and designer brands. Prices are great. The atmosphere lacks personality. It used to be special 10 years ago when I was greeted upon entering and had associates ask if there was something special I was looking for. Currently, I can be in the store for 20 to 30 minutes and not locate anyone working there to assist.

4 /5 Stacey Champaign: Very comfortable store with tons of clothing in each aisle!! ☺️ Although, sometimes the clothes were on the floor. It was alright because the clothing still fit me and my daughter. Check out was fast, but the return aisle was kind of slow. It was alright because the cashier up there was wonderful with customer service. If you love luxury clothing, shop at Belk!
