1 /5 R D: It took this company from Aug 8th until Sept 3rd to get a windshield in my vehicle that was not chipped and still managed to leave wires hanging from my reserve and scratches on the rubber molding around the glass. They would only schedule 3 days of the week, were over an hour on 2 of the 4 scheduled appointments - and I was I was driving an hr and half towards them to make it convenient. The first replacement had a chip in it and they left a tool in my truck. So, the owner had me drive to meet him at his gym to check it out. He then set up a second appointment to try and “buff it out” of a new piece of glass which took two hours and made it worse and decided they better replace it and I got to clean glass polish from my dash, seats, floor - all over the place. The next appointment they were over an hour late therefore I had to reschedule. So, on the fourth try I got the new glass installed but they left wires hanging down from my rear view that were not exposed prior to their handy work. When I contacted the owner after all the difficulty and frustration I had been through - he just said “yes sir that’s the wire that powers it”. I give them 1 star for consistency on following up to texts but a very unprofessional experience and shoddy work.
