Right Onsite RV Repair, LLC - Hiawassee Heidi Hayward: The furnace in our brand new rv was not working. The fan would blow but we had no heat inside the trailer. Alan discovered that the floor knockout plate was not cut out so that the air could flow through the vents. Manufacture error..That could have easily caused a fire..Alan is very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He had it repaired in no time. Great customer service! Highly recommend Alan.
Parts City Auto Parts - Sammies Auto Parts - Soperton Mike McCann: What small town America and local business is all about. Had a blow out on way home from tournament and pulled into town to find 3 tire shops (2 closed) and this parts store with a garage. They didn’t have the tire. No one within 20 miles did. They made a call to a town 25 miles away, found a tire had me pay for it over the phone and he sent a driver to get it. I went to pay and he smiled shook my hand and said, “It’s on me”. I said no way and had to negotiate with him how much he would accept. Needless to say I may never be back or know anyone in Soperton Ga but there is no question this is an example of what small town business should all be like. A lost art of customer service and was a blessing to receive it.
