Kaydee Head We went and picked up our car after 2.5 weeks to move it to a different repair shop. On March 14 we dropped our car off to have the transmission shift solenoid replaced. On the 15th before they closed we were told that they had located the part and would order the part on the morning of the 16th and would take approximately 4 days to arrive. On March 23rd called again and couldnt get ahold of them until closing time and was told the part hadnt come in yet. Called again on the 28th and was told part should be here on the 29th. Called on the 30th because we were told the car would be ready that day. To find out that the wrong part had come in. Then today when we came to pick up the car they couldnt provide proof of having ran a diagnostic on it when it first arrived and could only provide report of one for today. Owner claimed that I have called over 6 times a day when I have my call record showing when I called. There may be one day that I called that many times due to them not answering the phone.

R D It took this company from Aug 8th until Sept 3rd to get a windshield in my vehicle that was not chipped and still managed to leave wires hanging from my reserve and scratches on the rubber molding around the glass. They would only schedule 3 days of the week, were over an hour on 2 of the 4 scheduled appointments - and I was I was driving an hr and half towards them to make it convenient. The first replacement had a chip in it and they left a tool in my truck. So, the owner had me drive to meet him at his gym to check it out. He then set up a second appointment to try and “buff it out” of a new piece of glass which took two hours and made it worse and decided they better replace it and I got to clean glass polish from my dash, seats, floor - all over the place. The next appointment they were over an hour late therefore I had to reschedule. So, on the fourth try I got the new glass installed but they left wires hanging down from my rear view that were not exposed prior to their handy work. When I contacted the owner after all the difficulty and frustration I had been through - he just said “yes sir that’s the wire that powers it”. I give them 1 star for consistency on following up to texts but a very unprofessional experience and shoddy work.

Ronnie Joyce The glass fits without leaks and the installer was very nice. But he did the install in the dark with a cell phone light. He did finish the job. When I ask why was my piece by the wipers was loose. He said he would get it. Of course it was dark and I said ok. Went to have my vehicle detailed and find out that both clips was broken now it flops around when I drive. Not at all pleased. Would not recommend to a friend

Robbin Dees I was greeted with a smile when I walked in the door, then asked how she could help. I explained my issue and was given two options as it was almost closing time. I chose to wait. My wait was not long. I read a magazine and didnt finish it before my issue was fixed. I was not made to feel rushed. My car will soon need new tires and I will be going back. Great staff, nice and comfortable place to wait. Restrooms and coffee available; very nice!

Not only did he do an exceptional job on my car and made it look brand new, he also dealt with the insurance company and took care of all the discrepancies. Hopefully this wont happen again but if it does, I know where I am going. Since then I have sent several customers to this body shop and they are all so please with the outcome.
