1 /5 Kaydee Head: We went and picked up our car after 2.5 weeks to move it to a different repair shop. On March 14 we dropped our car off to have the transmission shift solenoid replaced. On the 15th before they closed we were told that they had located the part and would order the part on the morning of the 16th and would take approximately 4 days to arrive. On March 23rd called again and couldnt get ahold of them until closing time and was told the part hadnt come in yet. Called again on the 28th and was told part should be here on the 29th. Called on the 30th because we were told the car would be ready that day. To find out that the wrong part had come in. Then today when we came to pick up the car they couldnt provide proof of having ran a diagnostic on it when it first arrived and could only provide report of one for today. Owner claimed that I have called over 6 times a day when I have my call record showing when I called. There may be one day that I called that many times due to them not answering the phone.
