5 /5 Jasmine Daniel: I had been looking for a shop that could take care of BOTH my daughter and I considering we are natural. Going to zMahogany was a great experience for us. My daughter’s hair is really thick and she is only 7 so It’s hard to find a shop that will be gentle enough with her but that will also do a good job that will last and not frizz right back up after leaving the salon. Well EDDENE babygirl! We will be back. I loved how she handled my hair and not ONCE did I feel a burn or the heat being too close to my scalp to where it felt like a burn. My daughter Bailee said “when I said ouch, they went softer!” EDDENE even though ashes her hair and massaged her scalp so good, she sent my baby to sleep! She loved it and WANTS to make sure she goes back so y’all have two loyal customers lol. Thanks again EDDENE, from Jasmine and Bailee.

I came in for a protective style, the damage that was done had me in an emotional space, but I received excellent customer service from beginning to end Z handled me with care, she extended much compassion and was sensitive to what I needed. (And was honest about what was needed)The hair is a woman’s glory, My experience was simply excellent, I walked out feeling like a brand new woman!! I give this salon FIVE STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

5 /5 Rhonda Mitchell: My experience with Gayla, which was my first there at ZMahogany was great. I was acknowledged when I entered and told to sign in. She was working with another client, but was always walking me through the what was happening and this made me feel that she cared about my time. Gayla cared for my hair as if it was her own and this is what I wanted. She let me know about the condition of my hair and how to best take care of it. Gayla was very friendly and I look forward to my future appointments with her.

5 /5 Crystal Coats: My hair was starting to be a bit much to maintain so I decided to cut it again. This was my first Salon Ive been to in Georgia. I dont trust many people with my hair from prior experiences but I just decided to go with the flow and let go. First, booking the appointment was easy and there was a small deposit which I didnt mind at all it secured my spot. There were no additional fees added like Ive had in the past. What you book and get quoted for, is what you pay. Next, Im a communicator so the reminders for my appointment the day before and two days before were perfect. I received a final reminder/follow-up a few hours before. Next, the atmosphere of the salon was perfect for me. Im an introvert and can have social anxiety sometimes so I get nervous in New places. Here, it was not over crowded with a lot of people sitting around or talking loud. People came in for appointments and were seen almost as soon as they arrived. The ones with multiple clients did a good job with servicing them without extended wait times in-between or inconveniences. The salon was also very clean and well maintained. Now, for my stylist Jerzie. She was very friendly and polite. When it came to small things such as the water being cooler before rinsing the conditioner out, she let me know. It added to the experience. In the past, hotter or colder I would just be surprised and have to adjust lol. For the style, I didnt 100% know what I wanted even though I had pictures. I knew I wanted the works and a bob with it longer in the front and the right side a little longer than the left. She asked me questions throughout as she was cutting to see if I was okay with the length or direction she was taking to make sure I was comfortable and not surprised at the end. She also used minimal products, she didnt add all the unnecessary oils and edge control I typically see and its how I prefer it. It may be small for some but these little acts of service are what does it for me when it comes to deciding on if Ill revisit an establishment. Lets just say, Ill definitely be back and booking with Jerzie. Not only did she execute the bob with the little bit of guidance I provided, she killed it. Ive had bobs before, this is by far the best Bob Ive had actually the best cut Ive ever had period. I am happy with my entire experience with Jerzie and the salon.
