Whitaker Park - Marietta (GA)

5 /5 Sarah Turner: Small park with 2 playgrounds (one for small children and one for older) a bathroom, 1 picnic table, a gazebo, and a nice walking track. Very well kept. I love visiting with my dogs and baby.

4 /5 Brittany Pape: Not the most amazing park ever but lots of balancing walls and "the ground is lava" opportunities lol. And if you go this week someone left cute easter eggs with stickers in them!! There is a bathroom thats decent and a cute gazebo.

5 /5 Shellie O: This is a small neighborhood park with approximately 10 parking spots. There is a small asphalt walking path(300 meters) that circles the park. The park has a one stall bathroom, a couple picnic tables, benches, and a small gazebo with benches. The playground area is under a cloth roof to shield kids from the sun/rain.

5 /5 Jamie Hayes: This picturesque micro park features a covered play structure for big kids and an uncovered swing set and play structure for smaller kids. There is also a covered gazebo with a picnic table, a paved walking loop, and several benches scattered around the trail. Larger grassy areas could be used for throwing/kicking balls around with family and friends.

4 /5 CookingwithGringoLoco At instagram: This was a lifesaver. Its not a huge park, this is community park between the people who live in the nearby houses. I brought my date here for a picnic, after realizing Larry Bell Park had no picnic tables or a place to relax. Whitaker is a small park, no bathrooms, residents walking in small loop in park and around a group of homes. It was very peaceful, it was clean, dog friendly also. There is a playground for children too. Slide and surrounded by mulch. Very nice park. Parking is even smaller. You have at least 8 car parking spots in this tiny lot. Like I said local community park. Real nice.
