1 /5 Syed Imam: I just moved from NC to this area. Booked with this dentist office for routine dental cleaning. The dentist checked & recommended a long list of things to be done (almost none covered by insurance !!!). Asked to have a deep cleaning although I have been having dental clean ups every 6 months for years now. Gave me $800 estimate for deep cleaning !!! Looks like they just want to milk their patients as I see many comments about being overcharged

Jaycee Johnson: My family has been going to this office for a few years now and Dr. Lee and the medical staff are so nice caring and pleasant. His front office staff especially his “office manager” Michelle, are nasty, rude, unhelpful, and condescending. They have been this way from day one, but I over looked it because the back staff is so great, and I just try to keep the interaction with the office staff to a bare minimum. But on this day with them calling me the day before my appointment with a scheduling issue that they caused, failing to explain the full situation and beginning the conversation with an apology for the error on their part, and speaking to me in the rude tone and hanging up on me, was my limit. These appointments were made months in advance and you call me the day before pretty much telling me I had to move my appointment and not offering an explanation or apology for the inconvenience your staff caused then treating me as if I was the cause of your inconvenience is down right ridiculous! They really need to change the office staff starting with Michelle the “office manager”. I’m not paying my money, and driving over 30 minutes to a place that doesn’t value me as a client.
