Years ago, Dr. Johnson was recommended to me by a specialist where who only works on my gums. They were concerned about some of my dental work and said they had never seen better work than Dr. Johnson- and tehy were correct. Everyone is friendly, she is beyond amazing and I feel confident about my smile for the first time in decades. This is the best dental office and staff, and Dr. Johnson is absolutely the best dentist imaginable.

My husband, daughter and myself all go here and we are so glad we found this office. Dr. Johnson has always been great and very accommodating. Today specifically I had the best experience with Q. It was my 4YO’s first time here and she took amazing care of her. She was very sweet, made sure my baby girl felt comfortable and made her aware of everything she was doing throughout. Thank you to the entire team for taking care of my family.

The x-ray tech was very polite. Them Dr. Mike came in and he was polite and informative. He answered the questions I had and he was very nice as well! The check out and scheduling process was also easy! My daughter even said, she likes this dentist office better than the last one!!!

Jaycee Johnson: My family has been going to this office for a few years now and Dr. Lee and the medical staff are so nice caring and pleasant. His front office staff especially his “office manager” Michelle, are nasty, rude, unhelpful, and condescending. They have been this way from day one, but I over looked it because the back staff is so great, and I just try to keep the interaction with the office staff to a bare minimum. But on this day with them calling me the day before my appointment with a scheduling issue that they caused, failing to explain the full situation and beginning the conversation with an apology for the error on their part, and speaking to me in the rude tone and hanging up on me, was my limit. These appointments were made months in advance and you call me the day before pretty much telling me I had to move my appointment and not offering an explanation or apology for the inconvenience your staff caused then treating me as if I was the cause of your inconvenience is down right ridiculous! They really need to change the office staff starting with Michelle the “office manager”. I’m not paying my money, and driving over 30 minutes to a place that doesn’t value me as a client.

Cassie Register: I went to Coast Dental for the first time in August for a cleaning. I was shown a breakdown of what my costs were and what my insurance would cover and eventually was also told I needed a deep cleaning and told my insurance would cover 50%. My insurance denied the claims because the items Coast claimed it covered are not a part of my coverage. For a deep cleaning and standard x-rays, I am now on the hook for over $900. Coast has been sending me texts and emails twice a week with a bill for over $500 and to date, I have not been able to get a live person on the phone to discuss the bill despite multiple phone calls and messages. They will not stop texting and emailing me the same bill over and over again. They are clearly a large company not interested in customer service or in taking the time to verify insurance properly.
