I drive an hour to get to their office but it’s definitely worth it and I’d recommend Dr. Hai and her staff to anyone. I’ve always been close to hysterically scared of dentists but she’s very patient, gentle, and kind. I didn’t experience any pain during my root canal.

As we all value a dentist expertise, it shouldn’t be followed by degrading remarks or ridicule. Just a friendly warning to those that don’t like pushy sales professionals in a doctors office, or receptionist that overstep, and value professionalism, this may not be the place for you.

5 /5 Hannah Norton: I have been going here for 2 years now and although dental work is not my favorite thing, I absolutely love coming here. The front desk staff is arguably the best you can find. They are so nice, so personable, and so welcoming, and so are the hygienists. Dr. Hai is extremely knowledgeable and extremely skilled. She always ensures that everything is painless. I have never once felt like this office was trying to just take my money or get me to get unnecessary work done, like some other offices do. I highly recommend Dr. Hai.

The pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden fees. Overall, I can’t recommend Hildreth Dental enough — they went above and beyond to help me in a time of need, and I look forward to continuing my care with them!

Coast Dental - powder springs - Powder Springs

Cassie Register: I went to Coast Dental for the first time in August for a cleaning. I was shown a breakdown of what my costs were and what my insurance would cover and eventually was also told I needed a deep cleaning and told my insurance would cover 50%. My insurance denied the claims because the items Coast claimed it covered are not a part of my coverage. For a deep cleaning and standard x-rays, I am now on the hook for over $900. Coast has been sending me texts and emails twice a week with a bill for over $500 and to date, I have not been able to get a live person on the phone to discuss the bill despite multiple phone calls and messages. They will not stop texting and emailing me the same bill over and over again. They are clearly a large company not interested in customer service or in taking the time to verify insurance properly.

Tracey Brownlee: Ive been a patient of this practice for nearly 25 years, which is crazy. If youre looking for "new and shiny," this isnt the place for you. That said, I have never felt like I was paying for interior design services or high rent costs, which is not always the case with doctors offices. Victoria has been my hygienist the past two visits, and she was nice to work with. She has a wonderful bedside manner, and is a great addition to the practice. In addition to regular cleanings, Ive had a root canal, implant, and will soon have a crown. Though I truly hate having dental work of any kind, I always feel at ease at this practice.

Childrens Dentistry: Dr. Lisa West - Dallas

Elizabeth Newlin: Our children have been going to Dr. West since they were toddlers, and it has been nothing but professional and caring the entire 13 years, (and we look forward to the next several years)! The care begins with a reminder call for the appointment and continues when you first arrive. All of the paperwork and insurance are prepared by the friendly, welcoming front office staff. The appointment continues with the hygienist personally coming out to see if you have any concerns. Then, they walk your child back for cleaning and/or other needed work, this detail has helped to make our kids feel even more comfortable being there. Your appointment always finishes with a one on one consultation with Dr. West. I have always appreciated this time as we talk through the current appointment and to discuss future concerns if there are any. My children, of all ages and needs, have never minded going to the dentist thanks to the above and beyond care from the team at Children’s Dentistry and Dr. Lisa West.
