Before I became established as a patient, Dr. Weber took the time to meet with me and let me ask all the questions and assured me that they would take great care of me, and they have! It doesnt bother me at all to go to visits anymore. Dr. Weber even filled a cavity for me with no numbing and I didnt feel a thing. This whole office is truly the best of the best! You wont find a nicer group of people! I HIGHLY recommend!!

5 /5 Cynthia: Dr. Weber is kind, compassionate, and honest. You might wonder why I commented on him before I commented on his work and its because there are a lot of dentists out there that can fix a tooth, but, in my experience, there are not a lot of dentists that recognize the human in the chair and not just the tooth that needs to be worked on. That being said, his work is excellent and he stands behind it. He is good at what he does, and seems to always want to improve his methods. His staff is also very kind and warm.

Nicole Peck: I don’t think this practice is accepting new patients. However, after many phone calls (that do not get answered) and emails and text messages they would reply only often enough to keep you strung along thinking they were going to make an appointment. My first call was October 2nd. It is October 30th as I leave this review. Save your time and try a different place. We could have been on a waiting list or potentially already seen had we gone else where. I want to also add I tried this practice several years ago and after making an appointment and having documented proof (the email they sent) when we showed up they told us we didn’t have appointment. I really wanted a dentist with a holistic approach close to home but like most things it was too good to be true.

Dr. Jackson is very cognizant of the fear people have of going to the dentist and handles each patient with great gentleness and care. The hygienists and staff are top notch and have been in practice with Dr. Jackson for years (which tells you that he treats them well). You will be glad you picked an office that has the latest technology but has stayed small to better serve their clients.

Megan Nelson: We love Wilson orthodontics! We’ve been going there for two years so far, my son’s teeth were so crowded. They’ve been such a huge help and always quick to get us in when there’s an issue with a popped bracket or a cracked retainer. I WISH we didn’t need their help but if you do need an orthodontist, this is the place to go. We’ve still got a couple years to go with his teeth and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Staff is so friendly! I will be using them for myself when I do invisiline eventually.

Gris Reyes: Terrible place, terrible customer service. The person in charge at reception really has a terrible attitude. The wait time was very long. My daughter and husband spent an hour waiting in the chair for a check-up. I had already had a problem with the dentist because he wanted to scold me. I decided to give it another chance, but I was really disappointed. The only good person there is the sick one. The rest of their attitude is very despotic.

Emily S.: Dr. Taylor really does do a good job, but he has the worst bedside manner of any physician I have ever encountered. He doesn’t know when to be quiet and to stop talking. You also have to watch a slideshow of all of his Disney pictures from 15 years ago as you’re laying there having your procedure done. He also makes fun of you when you are in pain. It’s unfortunate that he is the only one in Gainesville that does oral surgery, or else I would not have gone to him.
