    1 /5 Hannah Johnson: Do not go here. Appointment was at 11:30 at 12:30 we went up there and asked what’s up and the lady said idk you might be next. The didn’t start on my teeth until 2pm. Then after everything was done they didn’t tell my mom any after care instructions no ice packs no gauze. And when I went for my consultation they told me my absence would be excused for how ever long I was out of work and school but didn’t give me any excuses. I’ve been trying to call for 2 days no one will answer and if someone does they tell me they don’t do teeth removal. When I went in for my appointment the door literally said family orthodontist. I called the number on my paper the two numbers on google and no one is helping me. Also doesn’t help that three different names of places have the exact same address.
    3 /5 Kimberly Kea: So my experience with the staff in person was great. Very friendly and welcoming. Doctor has great people skills and very personable. They were even able to work me in on a cancellation and I was very thankful. However, on the day of my appointment I had a hard time finding the office. I tried to call several times to get help from someone because I was from out of town. For 45 minutes I could not get a hold of anyone. I drove around for 45 minutes frantically looking for the office. I finally found it and was very flustered. My only frustration was that I could not get a hold of someone to answer my call to help me. Other than that, My experience was great!
    5 /5 Mimi kalu: This place was absolutely amazing from the time my daughter and I walked in to the time we left. I never meet such a cool down to earth, doctor before until today. I was so nervous about my daughter having to get her tooth surgical removed but now I feel like she is in great hands and we made the best decision coming here.

    Megan Nelson: We love Wilson orthodontics! We’ve been going there for two years so far, my son’s teeth were so crowded. They’ve been such a huge help and always quick to get us in when there’s an issue with a popped bracket or a cracked retainer. I WISH we didn’t need their help but if you do need an orthodontist, this is the place to go. We’ve still got a couple years to go with his teeth and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Staff is so friendly! I will be using them for myself when I do invisiline eventually.

    Gris Reyes: Terrible place, terrible customer service. The person in charge at reception really has a terrible attitude. The wait time was very long. My daughter and husband spent an hour waiting in the chair for a check-up. I had already had a problem with the dentist because he wanted to scold me. I decided to give it another chance, but I was really disappointed. The only good person there is the sick one. The rest of their attitude is very despotic.

    Emily S.: Dr. Taylor really does do a good job, but he has the worst bedside manner of any physician I have ever encountered. He doesn’t know when to be quiet and to stop talking. You also have to watch a slideshow of all of his Disney pictures from 15 years ago as you’re laying there having your procedure done. He also makes fun of you when you are in pain. It’s unfortunate that he is the only one in Gainesville that does oral surgery, or else I would not have gone to him.
