1 /5 Gris Reyes: Terrible place, terrible customer service. The person in charge at reception really has a terrible attitude. The wait time was very long. My daughter and husband spent an hour waiting in the chair for a check-up. I had already had a problem with the dentist because he wanted to scold me. I decided to give it another chance, but I was really disappointed. The only good person there is the sick one. The rest of their attitude is very despotic.

If i have a minor or major problem dental problem, McRae Dental Associates is my number one go to. The staff is friendly, experienced and very knowledgeable about what they are doing. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone.

Katlin Martin: We had a good experience here. The dentist and anesthesiologist were both very upfront and truthful. Which we greatly appreciate. They gave us choices to make with the procedure . Which made us comfortable. As well as made us feel better about everything. They had a very good informant who guided us occasionally throughout the procedure from the consult room. They were quick and you could tell they were well trained for their jobs. They were VERY clear on instructions afterwards and repeated them to us multiple times throughout our time there. They even had someone help us to our vehicle afterwards. Thank you to them!

Maira Uribe: I printed all the requirements they asked for, drove super early all the way there for them to tell me they cant help me. I dont qualify for medicaid because I dont have a job yet. I was a stay at home mom and recently separated from my husband. I cant afford insurance so I came here. They required me to show notarized proof of income that I dont have. Ive been doing odd jobs to make ends meet. The 30 pages I printed of all their requirements wasnt good enough. I am sick and need medical attention and they couldnt even be a little sympathetic...they were like robots with zero emotion or care. If you need medical assistance and jobless, just go somewhere else. These people wont help you.

If you have ever had tooth pain and have to have surgical removal it can be scary and definitely painful. Dr Koch is very empathetic and is very compassionate and goes above and beyond to take care of you. I have had to have surgical removal twice now and both times he didn’t amazing. He is very busy but make sure you are top priority. I definitely recommend him! Thank you very much Dr Koch and your precious staff for everything!
