1 /5 Susanna Scroggs: Im really frustrated. Its very dim inside so you cant see how messy they look right off the bat. My nails were supposed to be black tipped coffin shaped not half and half with one angled side and the other side straight but thats what I got. The left side of my nails are straight the right is angled. If you look at them in the light they look dirty & we had somewhere to be once wed left the salons so I didnt notice until theyd closed. Overall this is the worst job anyone has ever done on my nails and that really blows because I havent had the time or money at the same time in probably 6 years to do something nice to my nails. If I have the $ usually I spend it on something else for THIS reason. Im taking my nails off and absolutely never getting them done again. This was super discouraging. Ive already added the inspiration and result pictures this has just been eating at me since I realized how bad it looked. The owners or whoever worked on us are super nice but this place isnt worth your hard earned money.

1 /5 Brittany Way: Went here for a full set and spa pedicure. Showed the owner a picture of my desired design, she informed me that she couldn’t do the design and offered no solutions. I then stated I would go somewhere else for them to do it which she stated that was ok because “she wanted me to be happy with my nails”. I asked later if they could just do simple SNS and she ignored my request, as I believe it was close to closing and she didn’t care to be bothered. I allowed them to remove my old nails, which they didn’t even completely get the old nails off, which was pointed out by the next shop I went to right after going to this shop. The customer service was terrible and the nails always popped off the two previous times I went to this shop, within several days. I had better results at the shop up the street from this shop and MUCH better customer service. Will not be returning to this shop.

1 /5 Rachel T: Just dont. As much as I really wanted to like this place and not post a negative review I just cant. I went in 2 weeks ago for a full set of SNS. The tech then starts pulling out the acrylic to put on my nails. As I tell him no I would like SNS he insist it is SNS. It looks, smells, and was applied just like acrylic. I noticed once I left the complete lack of any attention to my cuticles or actually shaping the nails. Within 1-2 days they were all lifted. I went back one week later to have them fixed. Another staff member cut out the lifted parts and filled in the tops with the same powder and brush. I was then charged for "fixing" the messup. Again, within a couple of days all were lifted. Two trips in one week and a waste of almost $100. I just went to a different salon to get a new set and was confirmed by this other place it was acrylic that was put on my nails, but yet I was charged for SNS. The lack of care and honesty is frustrating. Wouldnt waste your time or money. All pictures were taken just a couple of days after getting the set done the first time.

1 /5 Alliyah Her: I’ve always seen this place because I live near so I finally decided to try them out. I didn’t look at reviews or anything. If I can leave this place with zero stars I would. I came in and was welcomed and quickly seated for my pedicure. My nail tech was polite and started my pedicure. She was very talkative and sweet during the pedicure. I think she’s a nice person but maybe not the best nail tech. I asked for a French tip pedicure with thin smile lines and showed a picture. She finishes the pedicure I pay and leave. I bring a flashlight to my toes and she had painted over the cracks of my toes! Gel had pooled all over the cracks of my toes. This is NOT OKAY as cured gel on skin can lead to skin allergies. I took nail clippers and was able to peel off layers of cured gel off my toes. Not only that, the French lines were thick and uneven. White gel polish smudge all over my toes. Tammy did a really poor job and I am still in shock at how poorly my toes were done. She also trimmed my toe nails in all different directions. She shaped my left big toe round while my right big toe is shaped square. (I came in with very long and even toe nails before). I DO NOT recommend this salon. It makes sense now that I see it has mostly all terrible reviews. I truly am not one to complain but sheesh, worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. Can’t even do a simple gel pedicure. Yikes I’ve never seen such a terrible French pedicure done by a salon nail tech ever!!!!
