1 /5 Chad Poole: Butchered my son’s hair! He has been growing out his hair in the back into a modern mullet for about a year. We asked her to not take any length off the back of his head and only take off a half inch on top. But fade the sides only with 1-3 guards. She buzzed the back down to a 1, and cut off a year’s growth in the back and left only a tiny long stripe in the back. She also took about 2 inches off the top instead of half an inch. We will never be back there. I would give negative stars if I could. They couldn’t even compensate me for this, because they can’t give 3 inches of hair back. This was a big mistake to even go to this place. If you care how you look, don’t go here. And if you don’t care too much, then save $25 and get some clippers and do it yourself at home. My stylist was using some cheap clippers anyway. We’ve had some bad cuts at Great Clips but nothing like this. Never again!

My 12 year old son got his hair cut there and he hard time understanding what she was saying but he did understand when she told him he didnt need to pick a Mexican hairstyle when hes not Mexican.he had the amount of hair and curl for the hairstyle though.she was rude to his grandmother who was trying to explain what he wants because he will not to talk to anyone he dont know.his grandmother tried to hand him a mirror to look at his hair and the woman had the nerve to jerk it out of her hand and told her if he wants to see it then he can get the mirror.my child will never go back there.
