3 /5 Christian Ahmed: The office is nice, and the staff are very friendly. Im giving 3 stars because they werent transparent when I initially asked about my insurance benefits. I was told pre appointment, that Id only have a co-pay and my insurance would cover the rest. I later received a bill and was told post visit that they "hardly take any insurances". If that had been relayed to me upfront, I would have just found an office in network with my plan.

5 /5 Cera Moore: I was EXTREMELY nervous to go to the dentist, because it had been a while since my last cleaning. The whole staff is unbelievably nice. The hygienist took the time to make sure I was comfortable before we began, and was so sweet. This office is amazing. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Elinor Tyre: I found every aspect of Summerville Dental to be excellent. I was warmly greeted and had all my questions answered when considering becoming a patient. Christy did an excellent job of cleaning and taking x-rays as well as being personable and considerate. Dr. Wingard explained clearly and gave options for treatment. He took his time, is very professional, and seems to be a very nice person, as well! I would highly recommend this practice.

1 /5 Samantha Smith: I dont know if they have the same staff or not, but 10 years ago I came here for Invisaline and paid all but $750 of the $5000 treatment; I had three payments if 250 left to make and two months if retainers left. I was told I had to pay the full $750 before I could get my next retainer because I would finish treatment before the last payment would be made. I asked to get just one of the retainers after my next payment and continue making payments as usual since I couldnt do the full $750 at once. They said no. I wore the retainer I had for five months before I was able to make the full amount and when I did make the payment, they told me I would need to restart the program and pay another 5K, that my teeth were likely shifted now (even though Id worn the retainer) and the two remaining retainers wouldnt fit. After TEN YEARS I STILL have the inserts on my teeth because I cant afford to pay someone $700 in full to remove them; if i had knwon they werent going to give me the last two retainers, i would have used that money to remive the inserts. TEN YEARS. They are yellowing badly and they look horrible. Dont trust these people.

5 /5 Jeff Kehr: Have been a regular patient at this office since it began. Everyone is always friendly and professional...very much a family oriented atmosphere...a great place to take your children. Rhonda , my hygienist , does a wonderful job every time .. She is always very nice and is thorough in her cleanings. You will get the best care from her...and will be comfort- able in her presence. Dr Scott is one of the finest people you will ever be around. He will put you at ease when he comes in...is always patient , caring , and friendly . He is gentle while working on your teeth, will take the time to listen to any issue you may have , and explain what he is doing as he goes along .... You will get the very best care from him and will know you are in good hands. I always highly recommend this office , this staff , and Dr Wingard.. they are the very best at what they do and they do it well....Thank you for the great care that I always receive and for the outstanding service you provide.......
