5 /5 TM Miles: I have had an exceptional experience at Dr. Carringtons office over the past year. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The clinic is spotless and equipped with the latest technology, which made me feel confident in the care I was receiving. Dr. Carrington is not only highly skilled but also very compassionate. She took the time to explain every step of the procedure and answered all my questions patiently. Dr. Carrington is also extremely patient and kind as she takes the time to establish trust with me, which is critical since I am a high anxiety patient. With each visit, I learned to be more and more at ease, and the results were fantastic. My teeth have never looked or felt better! I highly recommend Dr. Carrington to anyone looking for top-notch dental care. Thank you for making my dental experience so positive!

Being an independent dentist and not part of a group, I felt and appreciate the personal attention that is not always the case in dental groups. She is backed by a dedicated, talented and caring staff that makes it all work. Twice, they have stayed late for my dental needs giving up their own personal lives for me. 1 /5 isaac gridley: Worst dental experience of my life. It started with 32 x-rays that were taken, with them saying that must be done (ive only ever had to do 4 max). Not a single dentist/hygienist asked for my permission before they performed a procedure or consulted me about insurance ramifications. Simply, at the end of my operation, I was forced to pay over 100$ out of pocket when my insurance fully covered a regular cleaning. My dentist told me I had no cavities and everything looked great, until I get to the front desk and it is suggesting me to come back multiple times to schedule my cavity fillings (plural!). This was the singular worst dental visit ive had in my life and I am completely infuriated with the service :(

1 /5 Patricia: This dentist is rude and unprofessional. My husband went for dentures and she was rough and impatient. She actually called me and complained about his demeanor as she tried to force the dentures painfully into his mouth. She made accusations that I knew to be untrue. The dentures have never fit properly. He has suffered because of it ever since. She was willing to keep trying to make them work as long as we were willing to continue paying $250 per visit. He still has no upper teeth. Do not go there!

1 /5 Jessica Allen-Williams: I am very dissatisfied with my care! Went in for a broken filing/tooth side molar was advised needed crown on tooth and said the crown on the tooth beside it needed to be replaced (which I had a root canal and crown placed in 2020), never had an issue with it! Because Im no dentist I agreed to it, only to have her do the work (grind my teeth down to barely anything) and less than 90 days later the new crown falls off and she blames me for grinding and the next month the other crown falls off and then the crown falls off again less than 30 days later. I ordered some dental cement and replaced my crown and it has not fallen out since. I found in my billing statements where I paid for services and they billed my insurance too, so they were getting paid twice. And charged more than the insurance says can be charged for a service. Ive asked for my x-rays and have yet to receive them. I would not recommend.
