1 /5 Royal Phillips: I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. I walked in at 10:30 AM, and the salon was completely empty—no customers in sight. Despite this, I was told they couldn’t help me because they had appointments. There was no effort to offer a wait time, reschedule, or even provide a courteous explanation. The interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. I couldn’t help but feel that I was being treated unfairly, and it left me questioning whether discrimination was a factor. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to others looking for respectful service especially people of color!
