1 /5 Royal Phillips: I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. I walked in at 10:30 AM, and the salon was completely empty—no customers in sight. Despite this, I was told they couldn’t help me because they had appointments. There was no effort to offer a wait time, reschedule, or even provide a courteous explanation. The interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. I couldn’t help but feel that I was being treated unfairly, and it left me questioning whether discrimination was a factor. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to others looking for respectful service especially people of color!

5 /5 Nikki Dykes: The staff were all so kind. We came in close to closing time but they still took their time and were not rushed at all. I loved the soothing music that was playing. Prices are fair.

5 /5 Audrey Chen: This is the best nail salon ever! I love the atmosphere and the workers are gentle and kind! Everyone is so polite, this place is better than Disneyland! My nails looked absolutely perfect and they didn’t chip like other nails do, I go frequently now and I recommend others do as well! I can feel the magic every-time I enter! This place is so affordable for such gorgeous nails! Such a calming experience! Absolutely mind blowing!

1 /5 juliewallick mitchell: Had the deluxe pedi—before the polish, the sides of my big toes and heels were ragged and not smooth. There was still dirt in creases and bottoms of my feet. I req a little more smoothing. She said I need to do it daily and she already did enough. Fine. I stopped by CVS after and got a pumice—came off and smoothed in a minute. Feet are clean and smooth, no thanks to the tech. Still left a tip, but was disappointed after spending $56 and I did not walk out with fresh, clean pedi
