The entire process was smooth, she kept me updated on when the product would arrive and she worked with my schedule when it was time for me to pick up the product. When I arrived at the shop Moe was excellent with educating me on my next hair purchase. Not only does she sell hair and hair care products, but she also sells clothes, jewelry, and a plethora of other products. Please dont hesitate to support Brunswicks only black owned Beauty and hair supply store!! Morgan this is just the beginning of all of the phenomenal things that God has in store for you!! First of all did not follow instructions to take to 6th floor nurse stationa instead they dropped it off lat 30 minutes late to ER tnen shorted me one extra large Nyy Pizza this is deal he did not understand. I have been loaly customer for years when I worked i ordered once or twice a week evey week. But no longer I will never order from this papa Johnsagain its cares about bottom line and cheating customers. Do not order from her if I were you.

If You don’t use braiding products /hair or crochet projects /hair as long the product aren’t on sale and the item haven’t been used or opened you can exchange it for something else. Can’t be that considering most hair stores won’t do that.
