PS Nails - Dalton (GA)

2 /5 Ashley Hasty: I have been going to PS nails for several months now and off/on for years. This is by far this worst manicure I have ever got. The nail tech( older one with orange toned hair #10) seemed mad that she had to do my nails. I got an acrylic fill in with gel polish. She cut 2 different fingers and then used a random OPI gel polish that she pulled out of a bag not the usual gel polish in the box(I asked for natural) These are my nails 1 day after. It looks like I did not even get my nails done and already needs another fill in. The polish is peeling now... $40 +$15 tip down the drain and on the search for another salon...

5 /5 Jesse Devries: I wasn’t entirely sure what I needed because I just had a baby and needed something that would not be too sharp or long so as not to hurt him. She helped me pick out a nail shape that’d work, filed the edges to be smooth(more so than I’ve ever had before) and even helped me pick a color set that turned out amazing!!! The only disappointing part is that I forgot to ask for the woman’s name who did them!

1 /5 Niki Rogers: I feel like the nail tech rushed through my manicure. I am not at all happy with the outcome. After the initial job, complaining and getting a few fixed, and paying - I still feel they look horrible. Will not be going back.

1 /5 Leah Spuhler: I came in asking for the design below and the artist could not do it. I found a simpler design and she couldn’t do that either. Found an even simpler one… couldnt do it. I asked to just paint them all green instead after being in there for an hour and a half. Another worker came by and did these designs as a gesture to help, but again… quite poor work. Once I got to my car and realized how bad it truly was, I asked for a refund. They said they’d re-do it but I’m not sure why they couldn’t competently do it or find someone else to do it while I was there. Refused to give me my money back even after speaking to the manager. I will never go back and everyone else should look elsewhere for a place to go. The paint job looks a week grown own and add some kindergarten level art. I could have done a better job at home for a lot less than $45.
