5 /5 Jason Herman: Was traveling from Florida to Pittsburgh with my family in our truck & travel trailer when we lost the tread from one of our trailer tires. I called Ponsell’s and they had the tires in stock and at a very fair price. We pulled in and saw a clean and organized shop with a friendly team that jumped right to replacing all four trailer tires. We had great service and we were back on the road in less than an hour. Definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the area or traveling through. Thank you!

Great prices and They got me in and pushed to get my brakes done before end of day because they knew I was driving a couple hour trip tomorrow. They even drove me to town so I could walk around while they were working on car. I completely Trust them and highly recommend taking your car here if you need great, honest service from nice people.

1 /5 John Foster: Total rip off . Customer service is bad. Walked in asked how much for used tire the guy at desk 35 dollars . Say let’s do 2 tires . After installed go to check out price is 136.00. I say thought you said 35 he says yeah that don’t include balance and weights. The cost of weights has went up. I say really you told me 35 . If you run a business, you should have all your Cost and materials included in your Price. You don’t tell customers one price and then charge them a different price after you already installed the Tires. This is Bad Business. This was the guy in red with the minivan
