1 /5 Ashlyn Blalock: I’m extremely disappointed that with our first time coming here, we experienced what we did. There is no accountability for their work, or lack there of. And it put our family in potential danger. Back story: my husband’s brake fluid was leaking, we brought our car here and they changed the hose. Everything seemed to be fine, but then on our way to Florida to visit family, it was leaking again. Thank GOD the brakes didn’t give out, or worse. When we had work done on it down there, after having to have it towed, and $500+ later, turns out it had to do with a seal where the brake hose is connected and was suspected to not have been fixed. Or at least the inspection in that area that we took it in for was not thorough. Either something was missed, or messed with. Regardless, there was no accountability for the error that could have really hurt us. I don’t take it lightly at all that my family could have been hurt because of something that was missed in an inspected area. I would not be proud of this incident, and being a small business owner myself, I would NEVER allow a customer to walk away anxious or put out because of my lack. Maybe anyone reading this review will have better luck. We will not be back.

1 /5 Taylor Kessler: Decided to give this mechanic shop a chance as my wife and I just moved to this area and we were hoping to find a place to bring our vehicles to. Boy were we wrong. Had an issue with my rear brake fluid leaking and took it in to get addressed. They replaced the brake fluid hose and gave me the car back which I thought was good to go. We then drove to Florida to go see some family and on our way down there, my brake fluid light comes on and to my displeasure I notice that it is leaking excessively out of the side that was supposedly fixed and had to get it towed and taken to a Firestone down in Florida. Turns out it was the caliper that was leaking the fluid. So this was either completely missed on the initial repair/inspection or it wasn’t checked after the hose was replaced. I called the shop to discuss this issue and asked them to make it right only to be told that the mechanic fixed it all and they have no liability for what happened. If you want a mechanic that won’t take accountability or work with you when they miss something then this is your shop. We won’t ever be coming back and we will be telling others to avoid here.

5 /5 Jaime Lee: Took my Kia Soul here 2014 having problems with power steering sensors and all sorts of tune ups I needed, they kept my car for a day and its running great. The woman at the front was so understanding with money being tight and found some ways to save me some money which was greatly appreciated!
