5 /5 David Sparks: My wife goes to Frank for all our repairs. Staff is awesome and friendly, as well they treat my wife with respect. Fair prices and good work, so if you want a mechanic who is personable and fair I recommend Franks! Even if he cant help with your current car issues he will go out of his way to make sure he finds someone who can.

5 /5 Melvin Moore: This is one of the best mechanics in Columbus Georgia. He is from the old school love customer service and mechanics. Mr. Frank doesnt overcharge and is very quick to tell you if theres something he cannot do he will recommend someone who can do it. Then theres his wife who runs the front end oh, she is the friendliest lady you will ever meet and one of the big reasons I keep going back.

1 /5 Miss Taylure: He had my car for almost 2 weeks claimed to fix it and charged over $800 the car still does not work and my radio was stolen. He is often rude to customers and I believe he isn’t the most honest mechanic. I recommend finding someone else to work on your car! I would never pay him to fix anything else I have!

5 /5 Patrick Knopf: We got a flat tire on the way out of town and limped off the highway to Franks. They got us up and running within 15 minutes for a more than fair price. Great folks that do great work for great prices.

1 /5 John Salary: Very dishonest owner he will tell you bringittomy shop misleading you then tell you he cant fix it cm get after you already told him your issues then either drag your car without even caring what he mess up doing so an on arrival will steal parts off your car his excuse is people still from from hes not updated on how to fix late modal vehicles no have the knowledge equipment to do so hes also not a certified mechanic nore. His employees with the BBU.. . Frank him self steals part off people cars then when they want there parts bk he uses it as to ransom a customer out of money. Does poor work talks to employees bad downs his own staff. Does not do the wk himself. The main issue on frank stealing parts rims anything off customer cars has been a known issue for years. He being sued . If you want fair honest trustworthy repair shop dont take it to frank automotive.
