They did a fantastic job looking it over and sent me an itemized list of issues that I wouldn’t have noticed myself. Not only did the mechanic do a wonderful job. The front office staff was extremely nice and helpful and even gave me a ride back to my vehicle while I waited. I will definitely use neighborhood Automotive again, very impressed.

He showed up on time, had everything he needed, was totally professional, explained everything carefully, and was fairly priced. He and his assistant, Amar, took care of my brakes in an hour and a half. I could not be more pleased and will definitely call again if I need service in the future. Noah is just great!

Michael Garrell: I was driving to North Carolina when the 2024 low mileage MICHELIN tire separated into 3 pieces at 60 mph. My cars warning light did not show a low pressure as I make sure I have correct pressure and I felt confident since this shop had just serviced them. I returned to this shop and talked to the regional manager who was rude when I asked him to replace another tire that i bought from them that had the same lot number on it. I settled for a replacement of the first tire on road hazard . Would have been simple to but he refused to EVEN CONTACT MICHELIN TO CHECK ON THE LOT NUMBER OF THE SECOND TIRE. I Insisted that he replace it too and he refused as well as getting belligerent with me! I’ve settled for a lack of confidence with my MICHELINS because of his unprofessionalism and laziness! I have always bought MICHELINS. BEWARE of their tires and this shop that I have used for years. I suppose I’ll have to find others. IVE BEEN TREATED WRONGLY BY BOTH! They have left me without peace of mind after thousands of dollars being spent. I ALMOST CAN’T EVEN BELIVE THE OUTCOME.

Trevor Moody: Terrible place, I would give a 0 star review if I could!!! I hired the owner to do a pre-purchase inspection at a vehicle auction. I had one allotted time slot from 11:30-11:50. The owner decided to call minutes prior to our appointment trying to extort additional money from me at double the price prior to even showing up because the auction company needs to see a valid ID. The owner wanted to be paid double his original price just to leave his house and wanted the full payment up front. Knowing this guy was trying to scam me I offered to pay his new double price with half up front and the other half once the job has been completed. He was unwilling to do this, major red flag!!! The owner went into this long rant about hating the government and he shouldnt have to show anything. Anyone that operates a "business" and will not verify their license RUN FAR AWAY!!! We talked 3 days prior and 1 day prior, none of this was mentioned. Knowing this now, I would have hired anyone else over this guy. I would never recommend doing business with this con-artist. He will leave you high and dry, I can only imagine the sketchy things he does working on vehicles.
