1 /5 Tiffany Bagwell: Hands down the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. We called ahead to let them know we were coming for 2 pedicures and 2 full sets and they said they could do them. My pedicure was horrible. Only half of a few of my toe nails were painted, he didn’t get the dry skin off of my feet, and he was very unfriendly. When I informed them we weren’t ready to pay because we still needed our full sets, they were SO rude!! I’ve never seen someone so mad about extra money. We left and went to Bliss and had an amazing experience there. Don’t go here unless you want to be rushed and receive a half done service for very expensive prices.

Mary Laura Radcliffe: I was highly recommended to use Jimmy at this nail salon. I asked first and American manicure which looks like French but light tip….my nails ARE LIGHT WHITE!!! when I realized this was not what he was doing, he argued saying that the all off white is what I wanted. an employee even said he misunderstood …also I initially asked for dipped nails he said they did not do then later said in middle of soaking my nails said if I could wait his wife could do dip nails??? I don’t think it was a bad place, but I paid for Jimmy’s misunderstanding & he didn’t offer discount or yo make right which is a very bad business practice! customers, make sure JIMMY CAN UNDERSTAND WHST YOU WANT! I should have refused to pay! $52 & have to have these ugly nails redone! I am so upset at just his unprofessional manner when even an employee told him I said what I wanted done.

Asia Solomon: I am highly disappointed been using this nail place as long as I can remember never had an issue until now went & for my nails done April 12th got a fill-in two weeks later now noticed my nails need another fill-in so I just decided I’ll take them off to give my nails a break took off my nails noticed a fungus underneath my nails and it’s not just one nail it’s a couple they couldn’t have cleaned there instruments now I have scheduled a dermatology appt all because of this nail salon I will not be back

Rachel caesar: Very rude, left before being serviced. Just needed nail repaired and visiting from out of town. One lady acted like she didnt understand sent me to another lady who was doing pedicure and told me it would be 30 minute wait. I said I would wait as my vehicle was in the service center @ Walmart. When I had to go to service center for a minute all of a sudden lady who was todo repair couldnt cause she had appointment coming. Check with another tech and she stated she would do it. I went to service center and decided I didnt wantto spend my hard earn money there and left.

Nay Nay: Never going back again!!!!!....ladies never have a ever gotten individual lashes and it took all my lashes underneath the lash tech is not good at her job at all she literally put the eyelashes so close to my eye lid underneath that I had to go to the store and buy some eyelash remover because it bothered my eyes so much I didnt want to complain but I just knew my natural lashes was gonna come out how she did them. I called and complained but decided to take them off myself because I didnt want to deal with the bad energy of her or charge me to take them off knowing the did them completely wrong first time. Please please ladies do not get your lashes done by her!!!!!!!!Look at mines then charge 30 dollars seriously no go back to lash class and try again!!!!!

Bri Talley: Dear Kira Cole (April 27 Review), In your review, you stated “I had brought my own polish for my toes, forgot it at the shop and when I returned to get it about 15 min later, the nail tech had put it on the shelf as if it were their color, stating they had planned to just keep it.” Please refresh your recollection by reviewing this video I have posted. In the video footage of the salon, you can see that you came back and told the employee “hi, I left my polish color..” The employee asked "nail polish?", and you replied "yeah." She immediately went to get your bottle. She did not say anything else. Your bottle was not put back on the salon shelf; it was placed in a basket to return to you. You can be heard saying “thank you” and seen leaving the salon with your polish. We empathize that people are busy and we do not remember every single event that occurs in a day. So to be fair to both customers and the employee, we reviewed this footage in order to determine what actually happened. We are more than happy to provide more video footage to assist you with more accurate recollections of your interactions with the salon.

Cathryn: This place used to be great and now it’s trash. I was very clear with what I wanted for my nails, and they gave me something completely different than that. They also took so long that I didn’t have time for them to fix it (not that they probably could have.) It was miserably hot, there were dozens of flies in the place, and the phone was ringing off the hook with no one answering it. My nails were also left very crooked, my cuticles were cut and bleeding, and the male nail tech gripped my fingers so hard that they hurt. It was also way too expensive for the service. I will not be going back.

Christopher Graham, MBA: They were very friendly! I mean extremely friendly! This has to by far be the most welcoming nail salon I have been to! However, I hate when techs speak Korean over me. They were mocking the work of my previous nail tech. I can make out certain phrases that lead me to that assumption. She finally said something about the acrylic being thick. This was quite ironic, because I went in for a matte black short coffin set. The couldn’t find the matte polish so they asked another tech for her polish. It was cute, but when she found “her” polish it turned out very streaky. The shaping and laying of the acrylic were subpar. This was shocking because she was the owner. I came here because of the good reviews and referrals. Great service, but maybe I should have let another tech complete me service. The are a bit on the pricey side also. I paid $50 for the full set in the images. Just plain acrylic and gel polish. I was not pleased, but I had already had a bad experiences returning to a nail salon to get repairs. I just went to another shop, though her husband did say return if I was I unpleased. I think he knew they were not cute.
