1 /5 Amy Argoe: I drove 30 minutes to come here based off of my previous experience. However, this trip to the shop ruins that concept for me. Customer service and understanding consumers WANTS and not what’s the fastest or most convenient for techs, is lacking thereof.
The nail tech that took care of my manicure fill and shaping did a fantastic job. She had another tech step in to paint, when she finished one hand I did not like the French style she had did, so I asked for a solid color. She painted two fingers and then said, “let me know if you like it, I don’t want to paint 5 fingers and you decide you don’t.” With extreme and unwarranted attitude. I asked her to remove the gel polish and how much I owed for the previous service- and then left. Another tech asked if she could paint my hands for me but I was too upset to stick around. I won’t be back.
