From the first time I walked in ALONE, the environment did not feel welcoming. I signed in as instructed and informed the staff that I would be back. In the meantime, I went next door and made a purchase from Bath & Body Works. While waiting, a child in our group accidentally dropped a small item—not out of play, but simply because that’s what children sometimes do. The plan was never to keep him there long; we were just waiting until my daughter was called in before heading to the car.
I take pride in ensuring that we conduct ourselves respectfully. Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling unwelcome, which is disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve the atmosphere for future visitors.
