She picks the perfect color for me each time! I highly recommend her! For December she picked a fun glittery red and gave me a gift, a wonderful hand lotion!

Versandra Kennebrew: This store does not close at 8pm. I rushed to this store from work to arrive at 7:50 pm. The doors were locked and I was not allowed to enter. I explained from outside that I only needed one item (for an important interview.) Whats sad is that Walmart (in the same shopping center) stopped selling African American hair care products ,in an effort to not compete with this small business. Shopping the competitor was not an option for me this time. I hope the owner understands that hours of operation are not just for employees but for the customers who pay the employees. We are all stakeholders in the success of this business. Sad customer.

Christine Cali: Honestly, I think this was the BEST nail job I’ve ever had. While visiting family in Columbus I had to get my nails filled so I chose The Nail Shop simply by location. They were polite and accommodating for my walk-in status, and more importantly - they were having fun! They were laughing with the other (apparently regular) customers, making the atmosphere lively and welcoming. It’s palatable when someone loves what they are doing - especially when it is a service on you!
